In honor of International Women’s Day on March 8th, Impact Hope is partnering with AdventRelief to launch a Vocational Training Program for internally displaced women in Iraq—women who have lost everything and are struggling to survive in refugee camps.
Labeled as “Women and Children of ISIS,” these women are forced to live in refugee camps, not because of their own actions, but because of family or business ties to ISIS. Many women in the camp were enslaved by ISIS and bore their children. This mark denies them access to continuing education, jobs and the chance to rebuild their lives.
The Vocational Training Program will equip these women with skills in agriculture, tailoring, handicrafts, and small-scale entrepreneurship.
With your support, we can break the cycle of hopelessness. Your gift will provide vocational training, business startup kits, and six months of support to help these women regain their dignity and create a sustainable income.
We need $60,000 to fully fund this Vocational Training Program. A generous donor has already pledged a MATCH for up to $25,000 to help us reach this goal!
